We found lots of good chowder in both the big and small towns of the east coast, but finally found our winner in Maine and can now call it our own. Our chowder starts with a wonderfully creamy base then we add in a subtle and unique blend of fresh New England spices, and the stir in a man sized portion of huge meaty clams.
