Our Premium USDA Choice steaks are popular not only in flavor and texture, but they are also affordable. Unlike most grocery stores, we age our steaks for 28 days to ensure maximum flavor. Over 50% of the steaks in the U.S. are graded USDA Choice. Our Black Angus Steaks represent a slim 8% of all steaks graded and USDA Prime represents the top 2%. The USDA considers many factors when determining the grade - marbling is the most significant factor and the more marbling a steak has, the better the flavor. That is why only 2% of all Steaks make the most coveted grade of USDA Prime.
