Reading Time: 11 minutes Back to 11 minutes version

The whir of a roll of the dice.  The slap of an ace in a game of cards.  The roar of a crowd at the roulette wheel or clang, ding and buzz of a slot machine hitting a jackpot.  These sounds and experiences, along with the lights of the neon strip and upscale shopping, make up some of the most iconic imagery of Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada.  True foodies know, however that the other, not-so-secret, side to booming, modern Vegas is an iconic food scene with a larger than life focus on that southwest staple; STEAK!

At the Chicago Steak Company, we’re all about searching out regional locales for the biggest and best in USDA Prime, dry-aged, gourmet steak meals.  Las Vegas has everything from iconic steak house classics to national chains to modern up-and-coming spots, sure to be setting new trends for years to come.  In fact, Vegas has so many great spots to choose from, we couldn’t pick just one.  So sit back, relax and maybe fire up the grill in preparation for dinner.  We’ve got out list of tried and true Las Vegas Nevada steak restaurants that you can’t afford to miss while on your next vacation, business trip or stop in historic Sin City.

Methodology

When preparing our list of top ten Las Vegas steakhouse restaurants we applied our own high standards, first and foremost, weighting the scores heavily in favor in those who source only the finest quality beef.  Selection of available cuts and variety of sides and accompaniments, fitting with Las Vegas’ go big or go home reputation, were our next highest factors.  Finally, we took into consideration the fine details such as ambience, reputation and service.  To break the inevitable close call between these fine establishments we applied the subjective yet all important “Would We Take a First Date Here” test; a time-honored method for evaluating any potential gourmet dinner meal.  What we came up with was a list of 10 of the best Las Vegas steakhouses, with five more that were so good they deserved a nod to their beefy wonders on our honorable mentions list.

The variety of quality steakhouses that made our Las Vegas Top Ten List is a reflection on the storied history of Sin City as a place for glamour and indulgence.  Whatever flavor of steak restaurant experience, Vegas will more than have you covered.  While we ranked our specific preferences, you certainly can’t go wrong with a night out at any of the fine establishments on our list.
