Last October, my wife & I were in Chicago for a family wedding and while there, we took my brother and his family out to dinner at the very nice "Ruth's Chris" steak house, everyone enjoyed their dinner immensely. After that, for Christmas, I ordered a bunch of your gift packages to be sent directly to various family members and everyone's thank you included the comment that they enjoyed your steaks more than the fancy steak house we were at just a couple of months prior.

It is rare to find a company like Chicago Steak Company who stands behind their brand. They are a great company, besides great mouth watering steaks. If ordering any meats online I encourage you to skip all the others and make them your prime choice.

I had to take a moment to send you a message of special appreciation for the extremely high quality filet mignon that arrived last Friday. We have not bought any beef in quite a few months because the quality just isn't there anymore. We had a very special dinner party to plan and we were looking for something exceptional to serve. These filets were so tender, it was like cutting butter and the flavor was so rich...just incredible! Also, your website is so informative that I felt very confident that any recommendations or guidance offered in my purchase selection would be very sound advice. I ordered USDA Prime boneless strips. I thawed one and cooked it to perfection med rare, and not knowing what to expect. That steak melted like butter in my mouth, the best steak I have ever had in my entire life. Way better than any steak I have ever had in a steak house period! A great and fast customer service as well, they fixed a mistake immediately. I recommend Chicago Ssteak Company to everyone who wants the absolute best! PRIME!! Thank you I can't wait till my next steak.

We sent these steaks to my sister and her family in Las Vegas NV she loved them....said they were far better than Omaha steaks we had sent the Christmas before. She even sent us a thank you note because they enjoyed them so much. We will definitely send them again and get some for ourselves next time.

The filets were ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!!!!! We cooked the filets last night and they were absolutely the very best steaks we've ever had at home!!! We will definitely be ordering from you in the future!!!! I have never cared for Italian sausage however, the ones you sent were just excellent!! We grilled a few Italians last weekend (in Texas you grill all year round!) and they were just wonderful...very smooth texture and no chucky caraway seeds!! I was very surprised!!!! You've definitely won me over as a future customer!

After a minor problem with my order, the customer service team at Chicago Steak Company went beyond simply making it right; the expediency of the resolution, the personalized treatment, and their efforts to ensure that I walked away from the experience satisfied was a breath of fresh air. Other businesses could learn something from these people. The icing on the cake is that their steaks are delicious. I am very pleased with my order and will be ordering again. |

I always buy from Omaha or another online steak like allen bros, So I thought I would give you guys a try, I have to admit I was a bit rough to Jennifer ... She answered my questions one after the other ... that is when I knew I had a person that believed in their product and she stood by it ... Can't wait to try the steaks |
