We have not bought any beef in quite a few months because the quality just isn't there anymore. We had a very special dinner party to plan and we were looking for something exceptional to serve. I ordered USDA Prime boneless strips. I thawed one and cooked it to perfection med rare, and not knowing what to expect. That steak melted like butter in my mouth, the best steak I have ever had in my entire life. Way better than any steak I have ever had in a steak house period! A great and fast customer service as well, they fixed a mistake immediately. I recommend Chicago Ssteak Company to everyone who wants the absolute best! PRIME!! Thank you I can't wait till my next steak.

We sent these steaks to my sister and her family in Las Vegas NV she loved them....said they were far better than Omaha steaks we had sent the Christmas before. She even sent us a thank you note because they enjoyed them so much. We will definitely send them again and get some for ourselves next time.

The filets were ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!!!!! We cooked the filets last night and they were absolutely the very best steaks we've ever had at home!!! We will definitely be ordering from you in the future!!!! I have never cared for Italian sausage however, the ones you sent were just excellent!! We grilled a few Italians last weekend (in Texas you grill all year round!) and they were just wonderful...very smooth texture and no chucky caraway seeds!! I was very surprised!!!! You've definitely won me over as a future customer!

I always buy from Omaha or another online steak like allen bros, So I thought I would give you guys a try, I have to admit I was a bit rough to Jennifer ...
