Oven: Thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F, Product is packaged in an oven ready film that you can place directly on baking pan or remove from oven ready film then cover with aluminum foil. Place on a shallow baking pan on the middle oven rack and cook until reaching 145 degrees F approximately 1 hour. You may need 5-10 minutes longer as ovens can vary), if needed continue cooking until reaching 145 degrees F. Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before removing the film or foil. Carefully cut open with scissors, cut and remove twine, slice and serve.
