If you are a sous-vide fanatic, then these ready-to-eat lemon pepper chicken breasts are the perfect items to try. Our chicken breasts are already pre-cooked making it easier and quicker to achieve that perfect dish! All you have to do is follow our reheating instructions located in our cooking tab. *Please note since our lemon pepper chicken breasts are pre-cooked, the weights displayed are raw weights before the product was cooked.

Reheating Tips

GRILL: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Remove product from vacuum package. Place the chicken breast in grill set at high temperature. Cook in the grill for 5-6 minutes. Remove from grill. Let rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.

STOVE: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Add water in a Large Sauce Pot and bring to a simmer (180-200 °F). Place product in plastic pouch into the simmering water. Keep the product in simmering water for 15-20 minutes. Times may vary so check that internal temperature of is 160 °F. Remove on to plate. Let rest for 1 min.

OVEN: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove product from vacuum package. Wrap chicken breast in foil and place product in oven safe dish and place in center of the oven for 14-16 minutes. Remove from oven. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.
