Pre-Cooked | Just Heat & ServeIf you are a sous-vide fanatic, then these ready-to-eat, sous-vide cooked peppercorn filet mignons are the perfect items to try. Our filet mignons are already pre-cooked making it easier and quicker to achieve that perfect dish! All you have to do is follow our reheating instructions located in our cooking tab. *Please note since our filet mignons are pre-cooked, the weights displayed are raw weights before the product was cooked.
GRILL: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Remove product from vacuum package. Place the filet in grill set at high temperature. Place in the grill for 4-5 minutes. Remove from grill. Let rest for 1-2 minute before serving.
STOVE: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Add water in a Large Sauce Pot and bring to a simmer (180-200 °F). Place product in plastic pouch into simmering water. Keep the product in simmering water for 10-12 minutes. Times may vary so check that internal temperature of is 160 °F. Remove on to plate. Let rest for 1-2 min.
OVEN: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove product from vacuum package. Wrap beef filet in foil and place product in oven safe dish and place in center of the oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven. Let rest for 1-2 minute before serving.
MICROWAVE: For best results, refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Cut a small slit into top of the pouch and place product in plastic pouch on a microwave safe dish and cook on high for 3-4 min. Remove from microwave and let rest for 1 min before serving. To serve, remove product from pouch by cutting the edge of the bag and pouring the contents out into a dish.
