Chilean Seas Bass
The versatility of the Chilean Sea Bass, also known as the Patagonian Toothfish, means you can be creative in the preparation of this fish. Chilean Sea Bass is also the perfect choice for those seeking a more mild tasting fish. Our Chilean Sea Bass satisfies the taste buds whether you're a seafood lover or someone who's looking to try something new.
Plan ahead. Make sure you thaw your frozen seafood in the refrigerator before cooking.
Preheat your oven to 375 F.
Season your bass with salt & pepper, or other seasonings depending on your taste.
Lightly oil the pan you wish to use when cooking the bass.
Place the bass in the oven and let cook for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the filets.
Remove the bass from the oven and let sit for 3 minutes, be sure to cover with a lid in order to keep the temperature warm.
After you let sit for 3 minutes, eat and enjoy!
