4 ea. 8oz. Flat Iron Steaks
2 Tablespoon Chicago Steak Seasoning
2 cups blanched broccoli florets
2 cups blanched cauliflower florets
2 cups blanched baby carrots
2 cups washes raw and cleaned sugar snaps
3 cups Bleu cheese dressing
12 ea. Deep fried onion rings
Grill your Flat Iron steak on a pre-heated grill for 4 minutes on both sides till medium or an internal temperature of 145 F. set aside and rest for 10 minutes.
Slices to desired thickness, toss vegetables with your bleu cheese dressing and place sliced flat iron on top. Finish this flat iron recipe with deep fried onion rings over your salad and serve.
