Salmon 8oz Filets Cooking Instructions

Thaw product on a dish in the refrigerator.

SAUTE:
1. Pat filets dry.
2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil on medium-high.
3. Gently place salmon filets in hot skillet and season with salt and pepper.
4. Sauté 6-8 minutes per side or to desired doneness.

GRILL:
1. Lightly brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat grill to medium.
3. Oil grate and gently grill 6-8 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
