4 Gourmet Steak Burgers from My Chicago Steak
4 ounces blue cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
4 slices monterey jack cheese or pepper jack
4 ciabatta buns, sliced, buttered, and toasted
4 slices purple onion
4 slices very ripe red tomato
Grill burgers to desired doneness
Mix cream cheeses and top burger
Add slice of monterey jack cheese
Cook until cheese is oozy
Place on buns with onion and tomato
Salt and pepper, serve.
