Sometimes no frills means uninspired. Not at Bob’s Steak and Chop House, where they keep the formula as simple as it is delicious. Hefty, corn-fed, USDA Prime cuts of steak are the centerpiece here, with all the fixings – from the sugar-glazed carrots, to the mozzarella and poblano stuffed bacon wrapped shrimp mere background music to the main event. Regularly named one of Dallas’s premier steakhouses.
