Cartwright’s Sonoran Ranch House provides a menu and ambiance rich with Southwest character. While beef is prominently featured on the menu, carnivorous sorts will also find buffalo, house-made sausage, and much-heralded elk dishes. Chef Eric Flatt has a passion for using herbs and spices native to the region, playing to Arizonan palates with smoky mesquite, hand-harvested nopales, and saguaro fruits.
