Chef Michael White, one of New York’s premier pasta chefs, went all out with his first steakhouse venture. “Costata,” meaning “ribeye” in Italian, is not only the name of this Soho steakhouse, it’s also the name of its signature dish: a massive tomahawk ribeye that’s perfect for sharing. Costata compliments its steaks with exquisite seafood dishes and – of course – some of the finest house-made pastas in New York.
