Johnny’s is the place to go for a little Mediterranean flavor in Omaha. Steaks are dry-aged 21 days, but are not, unfortunately, USDA-certified, so the best bets are flavor enhances by sauces, toppings and marinades. The parmesan-crusted strip, filet Oscar, and drunken sirloin are all solid. Service is exceptional and generally consistent, while appetizers and sides are unfortunately less-so. Stick with Italian specialities, such as focaccia and bruschetta.
