Though not as well-known as national chains like Ruth’s Chris, Morton’s, or the Capital Grille, Spencer’s for Steak and Chops has quietly built a base of highly-regarded steak and chop houses throughout the West coast and into the interior. Low on flash and big on classic, conservative style and fare, Spencer’s sources its beef straight from the Chicago Stockyards. Steaks are USDA Prime and broil-seared.
