In a wide shallow dish, combine your choice of dry red wine, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well
Place the flank steak in the marinade and make sure that the pieces are evenly coated. Cover the dish and let the marinade do its magic in the refrigerator for anywhere from an hour to 24 hours
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
Take out the steaks from the dish, remove the excess liquids, and start grilling
Grill until the desired doneness is reached. Medium rare is preferred, which you can achieve by grilling at 145°F for around 4 minutes on each side
Rest the cooked steaks for 5-10 minutes before serving
