Ingredients
  • 2lbs Flank Steak
  • 2tsp Salt
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 4cloves garlic, minced
  • 2tbsp fresh, dried thyme, chopped
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Pat flank steak dry with paper towels. Season liberally with salt on all sides. Rest steak at room temperature for 40-45 minutes.
  2. Brush oil onto grill grates. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  3. Brush steak with olive oil. Then, season with garlic, thyme, and black pepper.
  4. Place steaks on the grill, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove steaks from the grill when they’ve reached about 135 degrees. Place on a cutting board, tent with aluminum foil, and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
