Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sprinkle the tenderized steak with the seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add the steak and sear it for 2-3 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
Set aside the steaks.
Combine the chopped thyme, rosemary, and parsley in a small bowl.
Sprinkle the herb mixture evenly over the top of the steak.
Place the baking dish in the oven and roast. Cooking time should be around 15-20 minutes for medium-rare or until your desired level of doneness.
Remove the steak from the oven and rest before slicing.
