Preheat the broiler by setting your oven to broil and adjusting the rack to the highest position.
Line the broiler pan with aluminum foil, making sure you lightly grease the surface to prevent the meat from sticking.
Pat the pork steaks dry with paper towels and generously season them on both sides with your seasoning blend.
Place the seasoned pork steaks on the broiler pan and position the pan in the oven, directly under the broiler.
Broil the pork steaks for about 4-6 minutes per side until they develop a golden-brown crust and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium doneness. You may have to adjust the cooking time depending on how thick the pork cuts are.
Once the internal temperature is reached, remove the steaks from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving with your favorite side dishes.
