Place pork steaks in a food-safe plastic storage bag or large bowl. Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring that each one is covered completely in the marinade.
Zip the bag or cover the bowl with a lid and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least two hours or preferably overnight.
Before cooking the pork steaks, pat them dry with a paper towel. Discard unused marinade.
