Ingredients
1/2
cup
EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2
cup
Balsamic vinegar
1/2
cup
Worcestershire sauce
5
Garlic cloves
2
tsp
Sea salt
1
tsp
Black Pepper
2
tbsp
Dijon Mustard

Top Sirloin Steaks
Instructions
Mix EVOO virgin oil, balsamic vinegar, worcesterhsire sauce, sea salt, black pepper and dijon mustard in a bowl
Crush garlic cloves and mix into marinade
Place top sirloin steaks in a plastic resealable bag, pour marinade over steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours
Prep grill by placing charcoals in a circle at the bottom and lighting them with a newspaper or small piece of wood
Cover grill until coals reach 400-500 degrees
Place steaks over the center of the coals for 3-4 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 135 degrees
Remove steaks from grill and let sit for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.
