Flat Iron Steaks

Chicago Steak Company Seasoning

Blanched broccoli florets

cups
Blanched cauliflower florets
2
cups
Blanched baby carrots
2
cups
washed raw and cleaned sugar snaps

cups
Bleu cheese dressing

Deep fried onion rings
Instructions
Pre-heat grill to highest heat setting
Season both sides of flat irons steaks with Chicago Steak seasoning
Grill flat iron steaks for 2-3 minutes per side for medium rare or until internal temperature reaches 135° F
Set steaks aside for 10 minutes and then slice to desired thickness
Toss vegetables and your choice of bleu cheese dressing in a salad bowl
Top off salad with deep fried onion rings and serve
