Ingredients
  • 48 oz Flat Iron Steaks
  • 2tbsp Chicago Steak Company Seasoning
  • 2cups Blanched broccoli florets
  • 2cups Blanched cauliflower florets
  • 2cups Blanched baby carrots
  • 2cups washed raw and cleaned sugar snaps
  • 3cups Bleu cheese dressing
  • 12 Deep fried onion rings
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat grill to highest heat setting
  2. Season both sides of flat irons steaks with Chicago Steak seasoning
  3. Grill flat iron steaks for 2-3 minutes per side for medium rare or until internal temperature reaches 135° F
  4. Set steaks aside for 10 minutes and then slice to desired thickness
  5. Toss vegetables and your choice of bleu cheese dressing in a salad bowl
  6. Top off salad with deep fried onion rings and serve
