Ingredients
  • 1lb. Chicago Steak Company Premium Angus Beef Top Sirloin, cut into ½-inch thick strips.
  • 2cups of your favorite long-grain rice, cooked
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups frozen broccolli
  • 1tbsp Ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, plus 2 tbsp.
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2tbsp olive oil, plus 1 tsp.
Instructions
  1. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper until well blended. Set aside.
  2. Preheat 10-inch skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the steak, sesame oil, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
  4. Add the steak mixture to the pan and cook until browned and slightly cooked, occasionally stirring, for about 3 minutes. Put the steak on a plate and set aside.
  5. Add 1 tsp. of olive oil to the pan, plus the broccoli, peas, and ginger. Fry, stirring occasionally, until vegetables turn tender (about 5 minutes).
  6. Add garlic to the pan and stir, cooking for another minute or so until fragrant.
  7. Add the beaten eggs to the pan and cook for about 30 seconds until done, stirring until crumbled and mixed through the vegetables.
  8. Bring the sirloin strips back to the pan, along with the cooked rice and 2 tbsp. soy sauce. Stir everything together and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
