Ingredients
  • 1/4cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2cup 100% pineapple juice
  • 1/4cup Brown sugar
  • 2tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2tbsp organic honey
  • 1tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1tsp Minced garlic
  • 1tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients besides the steak and olive oil in a medium bowl. Mix well until combined.
  2. Place steaks separately into food storage bags and pour equal parts of the marinade over each steak until it’s coated.
  3. Place bags flat in the refrigerator and allow to marinate for several hours, preferably overnight.
  4. About 30 minutes before you’re ready to cook, let the steaks rest at room temperature.
  5. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Sear each steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until a brown crust forms and the internal temperature comes to 125 degrees.
  7. Allow to rest for 5 minutes on a cutting board before enjoying.
Recipe Notes

If desired, you can warm the marinade over low heat on the stove to drizzle over steaks after letting them rest.
