Russet potatoes
washed, cut into 8 wedges each

bacon slices

teaspoon
fresh ground black pepper
Sea salt to taste
Instructions
Place a wire rack in an aluminum foil-lined sheet pan
Preheat oven to 375°F, sprinkle potato wedges with sea salt
Wrap each with 1 bacon slice
Arrange potato wedges in a single layer in prepared pan.
Sprinkle with pepper
Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until bacon is crisp and browned
