Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedges

  • 4 Russet potatoes washed, cut into 8 wedges each
  • 16 pieces bacon slices
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • Sea salt to taste


  • Place a wire rack in an aluminum foil-lined sheet pan
  • Preheat oven to 375°F, sprinkle potato wedges with sea salt
  • Wrap each with 1 bacon slice
  • Arrange potato wedges in a single layer in prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle with pepper
  • Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until bacon is crisp and browned
