Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 4 Russet potatoes washed, cut into 8 wedges each
- 16 pieces bacon slices
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Place a wire rack in an aluminum foil-lined sheet pan
- Preheat oven to 375°F, sprinkle potato wedges with sea salt
- Wrap each with 1 bacon slice
- Arrange potato wedges in a single layer in prepared pan.
- Sprinkle with pepper
- Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until bacon is crisp and browned
