Cut your steak into bite size pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper
Heat the olive oil in your crock pot over medium heat, brown your top sirloin steak chunks, transfer everything to a dish, and set aside
In the same pot, cook all the aromatics (garlic and onion) for 5 minutes. Add in the dried oregano and red pepper flakes briefly (around a minute)
Pour in the beef broth, mix well, then reintroduce the cooked steak chunks to the pot
Place the lid, set the timer to 6-8 hours, set the temperature on low heat, and cook until tender. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness, or simply take a bite out of the meat chunks
Once done cooking, turn the heat off and serve!
