Succulent and Flavorful Air Fryer Hamburger Steak

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • non-stick cooking spray (optional if you have non-stick fryer basket

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl or deep dish, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated onion, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently so as not to damage the meat.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions and create 3/4-inch-thick patties.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray (skip the cooking spray if your air fryer basket is non-stick).
  • Place the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they don't touch so all sides will cook through.
  • Cook the patties for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  • Remove the cooked hamburger steaks from the air fryer and rest for a few minutes before serving.
