Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat then add the cooking oil and allow it to heat up.
Carefully place the seasoned pork loin steaks into the hot pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, searing until you get a golden brown crust.
Reduce the heat to medium and cook pork for another 4-5 minutes. Make sure the internal temperature of the steaks reaches 145°F (63°C).
