Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the Spice Mix: In a small bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Prep the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil and generously coat with the spice mix.
  • Preheat the Grill: Heat the Blackstone grill over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Grill the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Carefully flip and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve: Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
