  • 410 oz ribeye steaks
  • 3tsp ground black pepper
  • 2tsp Sea salt
  • 1tbsp garlic powder
  • 2tbsp dried minced onion
  • 2tbsp dried oregano
  • 2tbsp dried rosemary
  • 2tbsp dried thyme
  • 1tbsp paprika
  1. If using your own dried herbs, like rosemary and thyme, chop them as finely as possible.
  2. Mix together the herbs and spices in a small bowl.
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of herb rub onto each piece of meat and use your hands to rub it into the meat, covering all areas.
  4. Allow rub to sit on the meat for about 15 minutes before cooking using your desired method.
  5. Store all leftover rub in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark cabinet.

This is one of the simplest ways you can elevate the flavor of steak without buying condiments and steak seasonings from the store.
