Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and herbs in a dish and mix well
If you find balsamic vinegar a little strong, add honey or maple syrup to neutralize the acidity
Place steak in the marinade and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours
Preheat the oven to 350F
Remove steak from marinade and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Flip after 5 minutes and cook the other half for another 5 minutes
Rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve
