No extra seasoning necessary if you choose to add it to a stir fry - plenty of flavor would be added to the vegetables you include. There's so many different ways you can choose to enjoy our chicken, because there's no wrong way to cook them.

Cooking Instructions:
- Thaw in refrigerator
- Preheat broiler or grill to medium heat
- Cook 10-15 minutes on each side until the juices run clear
- Continue to cook until the internal temperature reads 165° F

All of our steaks are vacuum wrapped and flash frozen in their natural juices to lock in the flavor. The steaks are then wrapped in our attractive food grade paper, sealed with the Chicago Steak Company gold label, and placed in our gorgeous gift box. Those gift boxes are placed inside our reusable insulated cooler with enough dry ice to keep them cold until arrival.
