We used to be exclusively Omaha people, then received some from Chicago Steaks as a gift. We are now exclusively Chicago Steak people. Omaha is great, but not as good as these.

This particular order was a gift for some neighbors and they absolutely loved them.

Awesome Steaks. Great Customer Service.

The order arrived on time and packaged so still frozen. We've eaten one set of ribeyes and they were really great. Tender. Juicy. Flavorful. Looking forward to broiling the next ones. YUM!

Chicago Steak is a great place to purchase steaks, etc. Our order went astray - it was sent to the wrong address and in fact to the wrong state. But, Chicago Steak looked into the error and had a new order sent to our correct address in the correct steak.

Ordered a steak package through Costco and are enjoying it. Decided to get more hamburgers for the hamburger eaters and called the promotion given with the Costco order. The promotion was 15% off any order over $99. The hamburger order would have been $130, but Alex in Customer Service would not honor the promotion. Claimed the promotional code was not what the card said.
Very disappointed with Chicago Steaks and their business practices.

50-50 in appearance and quality control on shape of chateau and filets. Taste and tenderness always excellent. Sometimes the oddly shaped pieces require creative cooking
