Fresh from the cold waters of the north Atlantic, our sea scallops are flash frozen to preserve every bit of freshness and shipped directly to your doorstep.

Cooking

Cooking Tips

  1. Plan ahead. Make sure you thaw your frozen seafood in the refrigerator before cooking.

  2. Cut the side muscle from the scallops, the muscle is located on the side of the scallop.

  3. Season your scallops with salt & pepper, or other seasonings depending on your taste.

  4. Lightly oil the pan you wish to use when cooking the scallops.

  5. Place the scallops in the pan, let sit for 2 minutes then flip.

  6. Flip the scallops and let cook for 3 more minutes.

  7. Remove the scallops from the pan and let sit for 3 minutes, be sure to cover with a lid in order to keep the temperature warm.

  8. After you let sit for 3 minutes, eat and enjoy!

One of our favorite pairings is Riesling, a German variety with fruity flavors and high acidity to release their natural flavors. Albariño wine is another excellent choice. This white wine comes mostly from Spain and has a slightly salty taste that works wonders with shelled seafood.
