Guaranteed Fresh Seafood
At Maine Lobster House, we only offer the freshest seafood options. All of our seafood products are vacuum wrapped and flash frozen in their natural juices to lock in the flavor. If you're looking for the very best seafood on the market, then you've come to the right place.
The flavors of the Red Snapper are just as vibrant as the scales on this popular fish. The Red Snapper is prized for its fine texture and sweet flavor. Feel free to roast, grill, broil, or bake this versatile fish for your next tasty meal!
Plan ahead. Make sure you thaw your frozen seafood in the refrigerator before cooking.
Preheat your oven to 450 F.
Season your snapper with salt & pepper, or other seasonings depending on your taste.
Lightly oil the pan you wish to use when cooking the snapper.
Place the snapper in the oven and let cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove the snapper from the oven and let sit for 3 minutes, be sure to cover with a lid in order to keep the temperature warm.
After you let sit for 3 minutes, eat and enjoy!
The Perfect Pairing
There are so many kinds of fish to choose from that it can be a challenge to know what wine will work best with your favorites. Ultimately, we can separate fish into two categories: Very fishy flavors and subtler fishy flavors. When it comes to serving Salmon the perfect complimentary wine would be a glass of Pinot Noir, or another favored red wine.
