All of our steaks are vacuum wrapped and flash frozen in their natural juices to lock in the flavor. The steaks are then wrapped in our attractive food grade paper, sealed with the Chicago Steak Company gold label, and placed in our gorgeous gift box. Those gift boxes are placed inside our reusable insulated cooler with enough dry ice to keep them cold until arrival. inadequate shipping quality control

arrived completely thawed,
made us sick after stupidly eating anyway,
they said they would send a replacement out, but attempted to deliver that after a whole week in transit, causing us to refuse delivery of that replacement, and to ask our credit card company to obtain refund for us ,
asked them to remove us from their email list, but they continue to badger us for a review, so here it is

Baby Backs Forever

The only thing I find wrong with the ribs is that I just wanted to eat them all.... non stop. Absolutely tender and finger lickin' good. I do a pretty good job on the grill when I cook my baby backs, but these are so easy and tasty. Not a Ditka or Chicago Bears fan but coach did all right with these. ;-)))))

My wife has been craving ribs and we had someone that my mom made and they were great. Hopefully my mom doesn't see this review because the Chicago steak Company ones were MUCH better. 1 ordered 3 racks (1 order) and am currently ordering another order.

Dika's Ribs Best of the Best

Best ribs on the planet, period. Yes they are a little pricey but every now and then we need to treat ourselves. Couldn't be any easier they come already cooked and soaked in Dika's special sauce and there's enough sauce to go around when serving your ribs. You can reheat the ribs in your oven or on your grill, I wrap mine in foil and remove them when temperture reaches 140.

Had to throw out the ribs

The packaging on ribs was open, sauce was everywhere and no dry ice was used. I emailed you about this and have yet to receive a response

Poor customer service!

Ordered Mike Ditka ribs for delivery on December 18! Today is the 21st, they have yet to be cut AND Chicago Steak is blaming it on Fedex and UPS!!!! Absolutely NO correspondence on my orders since I placed them December 1!!
A supervisor was to get back to me, but has not!
