Our American Wagyu steak burgers are a ½ pound of thick, juicy, tasty beef. These burgers are perfect for grilling or pan-frying and will deliver a melt-in-your-mouth texture with every bite. Top them with your favorite cheeses, veggies, and condiments for a truly remarkable burger.

Aged to Perfection

All of our steak burgers here at Chicago Steak Company are aged with our unique, artisan aging techniques to create the perfect balance of flavor and tenderness. These burgers are aged from four to six weeks to deliver mouth-watering taste to each one.

Cooking Instructions

How to Cook Your Steak Burgers - Quick Guide

From Frozen or Thawed
Our burgers can be cooked straight from frozen or thawed overnight under refrigeration

Season & Handle
Season just before cooking. Handle gently. Don't press down on the burger while cooking — this forces out juices

Resting
After cooking, let burgers rest for 2–3 minutes before serving

Burger Cooking Tips

1. Preheat well.
Grill or skillet should be medium-high to high. Cast iron should be hot but not smoking.
(Grill target: ~350–400°F)

2. Lightly oil the surface.
Oil grill grates or pan just before cooking to prevent sticking.

3. Cook undisturbed.
Place burgers on the hot surface and cook without moving for about 5–6 minutes. Flip once when juices begin to appear on top.

4. Flip & finish.
Cook the second side for 4–6 minutes, depending on thickness and desired doneness.

5. Check doneness (use a thermometer).

Medium Rare: 130°–135°F (warm red center)
Medium: 140°–145°F (warm pink center)
Medium Well: 150°–155°F (slight pink
Well Done: 160°F+ (no pink)

USDA recommends ground beef be cooked to 160°F

6. Rest & serve.

Rest 2–3 minutes for the juiciest burger.

All of our steaks are vacuum wrapped and flash frozen in their natural juices to lock in the flavor. The steaks are then wrapped in our attractive food grade paper, sealed with the Chicago Steak Company gold label, and placed in our gorgeous gift box. Those gift boxes are placed inside our reusable insulated cooler with enough dry ice to keep them cold until arrival. These are the umami of the burger world. They render a fat that is like velvet. Fat is flavor so these burgers give flavor like no other. They are also very tender, no fuss n' with these burgers, just three mins a side on a fully defrosted burger and you will be treated to a medium-medium rare heavenly burger. Dont forget the Chicago Steakhouse seasoning as it is the perfect marriage for your burger. The experience far outweighs the cost. So far everyone I have treated to one keeps asking when is the next time.

Perfect experience
