Packaged with Care

When you place an order with Chicago Steak Company, we do everything we can to ensure that your package arrives in excellent condition. All of our steaks are vacuum wrapped and flash frozen in their natural juices to lock in the flavor. The steaks are then wrapped in our attractive food grade paper, sealed with the Chicago Steak Company gold label, and placed in our gorgeous gift box. Those gift boxes are placed inside our reusable insulated cooler with enough dry ice to keep them cold until arrival. Throwback to Great Hotdog Days

As a senior, I'm not as big of a hotdog fan as I was 40 years ago but then hotdogs have become much smaller and more processed than they used to be. These are a throwback for me and I find them substantial, tasty, and wonderfully grill-able. I like the way the casing splits open as they grill and get crispy with becoming tough. Perfect. And instead of big buns I wrap them in small fajita style flour tortilla shells. Yummy.

Thank your sharing your experience! Wrapping hot dog's in fajitas/tortillas is delicious and a great alternative to thick buns. We certainly agree and we are thrilled to learn that you do not just enjoy our hot dogs but that they are a throwback for you as well.
We couldn't ask for a better compliment! Thank you! -Mona

Boney Hotdogs

I found that one of the hot dogs had multiple hard pieces in it. I believed these to be small bone or cartilage fragments. I was not happy with that experience and threw the rest of the hotdog packs out.

Excellent

These are the best hotdogs!!! They surpass other hotdogs in flavor and quality.

Best I've ever tasted!

Fantastic on the grill or stove top cooked with a bit of olive oil! 65+ years of searching for the best dogs ended here. We will not purchase any others but these dogs with such fantastic flavor and meaty also (my best part, no shrinkage after cooking). Try them and I'm sure you will agree.
