Awesome Tenderloin !!!

We ordered this tenderloin, and slow smoked it on a wood pellet grill. The meat was extremely tender, with exceptional flavor. It was a big hit with our guests. As always, when it arrived it was well packed, and still frozen solid.

Christmas Dinner at its' best!

This Tenderloin Roast was amazing! As you can see, we like our beef on the rare side, and this roast was perfect! I also want to mention that initially there was an error made in my order (mistakes happen!!), but they made it right immediately and their customer service was great!!! I have recently tried Chicago Steak Company after using another company for many many years. I am VERY happy!!

Customer Serice Gets an A; Meat Gets a C.

Honestly, the best I can say is that customer service is excellent. The company stands by its 100% guarantee. My first Chateaubriand roast was only mediocre, and when I emailed customer service, the company sent me another one...gratis. The second roast wasn't any better, just average. I have had better roasts from my local supermarket for one-fourth the price. But, again, I was pleased with the attention I received from customer service.

I'll start by saying that the quality of this meat is second to none! I purchased two of these for our families Christmas dinner and it was a huge success with zero leftovers. My only regret is that I didn't grab another one. I feel like it's a little misleading as to the portion size, other than that I couldn't be happier and will repeat.

Highly Recommend the Chateaubriands

The Prime Chateaubriands are excellent. They are very easy to cook and my guests love them. I ordered them again this year for Christmas dinner. This year the delivery company sent them to the wrong address and Chicago steak quickly sent replacements.

I ordered 2 of the Chateaubriand and one arrived with clear freezer burn. After defrostIng and grilling the meat lacked flavor.

Out of this world worth every penny!!!

The absolute best

The Chateaubriand Tenderloin Roast, is absolutely the best. I have purchased this roast a few occasions. Apply some of their steak seasoning, a bit of olive oil and then cook it on the grill for an absolutely fantastic meal. It has now become a monthly must have at our house.

Christmas Dinner was awesome

The Chateaubriand was perfect. We used a sous vide and then finished it odd with a mushroom sauce. The only problem was that we didn't have enough.

As for the prime filets, the are the best we have had.

Melt in your mouth roast

We cooked this little beauty to a perfect mid rare. With some excellent sides, and a rich bordelaise the roast was delicious. The only cons were that I didn't buy 2 of them.

Really tender, juicy meat. Served 5 adults perfectly, with just enough left over for a sandwich. Arrived at my front door without any problems in the packaging.
