Just meh.

These creme brule's were middling in our opinion. Not bad, but not memorable in any way. Also, buyers should be warned that you really need a legit blow torch to prepare these properly.

Pretty Good Creme Brulee but where were the instructions?

I chose "Good" because there weren't any instructions. It wasn't easy finding the answer. The first person I spoke with at Chicago Steak said I should just open the sugar packet and sprinkle it on. I asked if I should put it under the broiler and he said, if you like. . .????? I then reached out another way and was told to put it under the broiler or use a blow torch.
