The steaks are then wrapped in our attractive food grade paper, sealed with the Chicago Steak Company gold label, and placed in our gorgeous gift box. Those gift boxes are placed inside our reusable insulated cooler with enough dry ice to keep them cold until arrival. The Apron was Awesome. However, not as Awesome as the steaks we received. You certainly cannot purchase this quality of meat from a Grocery Store.

Nice apron, great fillets

Filets were great, as usual, and the burgers were MUCH better than previous burgers we have received as part of the package. They were individually packaged and didn't seem to shrink as much.

Seasoning also good, as usual, and the apron was a big hit.

Note to company: A deal including fillets and top sirloins would be very interesting to us for our next purchase...
