Hello I purchased the 4 pack of the filet and tails,
Arrived as promised, however inside the Styrofoam box was a murder scene !
The contents was thawed out, cool at best, but the kicker was the plastic bags they used to put the tails in
had sprung a leak, and since they were thawed out, the lobster juice went all over the inside making a nasty
stink ! The paperwork for my order was soaked as well as a booklet they sent that went right out in the garbage.
Very disappointed about this,
M
My daughter and son in-law said it was the best they had ever eaten. Thanks Chicago Steaks for being everything you said you're. I'm a forever customer!!!:hugging::hugging:

This is the second time we have ordered the Surf & Turf. In both incidents we were celebrating special events and they arrived timely. We scheduled them to be delivered two days before we planned to cook them. Following the cooking instructions on the site is simple and everything comes out perfect. (The steak in the photo is half the size because my spouse and I usually split our steaks.). If I were to suggest anything, it would to have the instructions included in the packaging on a postcard. Delicious!
Thank you for choosing us for your special events and we are pleased to hear that your order was well received and much enjoyed! We appreciate the feedback and are glad to hear that the cooking instructions on our Steak University page were helpful. Thank you for sharing that great picture with us and we are looking forward to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. -Melody

B
I had purchased 10 /6 oz. Filet's. Considering they were $23.00 each I am very disappointed. They are really tough to cut and chewy. The first two were tough and was hoping it was just those two but last night I took out a third and had the same problem. The reason I ordered from Chicago Steak was the great reviews. I must say my review is a 2 star.

little brother said it was super good!
We are happy to hear that the recipient enjoyed his gift and we appreciate the great review! -Paulina

One lobster tail was old - had to toss it out. Filet steaks had part of bones with it. Wouldn't buy again as quality is inconsistent.
L
The old bait and switch. Ordered one thing, got another. I spent a lot of money and received only half of order. Lobster package was open. Person from customer service said they will ship right out. Still haven't received anything. Won't order from them again!
S
Steaks melted in my mouth. The lobsters tasted fabulous
We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our surf and turf option! We hope to be serving you again soon and happily welcome you to the Chicago Steak family. Your feedback and business are both greatly appreciated. - Scott

Way over priced. Thought I was getting a package that included burgers, hot dogs, etc. in addition to the filets and tails. For just those four items, $139 was far too much money, I don't care how good it is.
We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations! Our products are of high-end quality hence the higher cost. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your order as we would be happy to help. I apologize for any confusion in what products you thought you were going to receive and hope you still enjoyed every bit of the items you did order. Thank you for your feedback. - Abigail

While we're stuck at home I still wanted to have a special dinner for my husband's birthday. This was perfect! Just the right portions of delicious steak and lobster. Delivery service was excellent. I won't hesitate to order again.
Thank you for the love and support! We absolutely appreciate the feedback and we are delighted to hear that you and your husband enjoy our steaks. We are looking forward to be serving you again in the future!

He said the steaks were too fatty, his wife thought the lobster was ok. He usually gets Omaha steaks. Thought I'd let him try something else.
Thank you so much for your feedback. I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations this time and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. A customer service manager will be reaching out to you shortly to discuss a resolution with you.

Nice thick flavorful steak, lobster could have been bigger, but had good taste
Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're happy to meet your expectations.

I bought this as a gift for my parents' anniversary. I knew they couldn't go out to celebrate their anniversary, so I bought a surf and turf package for them to make a celebratory meal at home. They loved the quality of the steak and the lobster. They said the steak was so tender and the lobster was so sweet and succulent. This was a great purchase and I'm so pleased my parents enjoyed their gift.
Thank you so much for this awesome review! I know we all are going through tough times, but we will get through this together! We really appreciate your business. Thank you for being part of the Chicago Steak family!

I can't say much about the steak and lobster taste or quality since I had this order delivered directly to my mother for Mother's Day, but my mom and dad both seemed very pleased and said it was it was delicious!

The Chicago Steak Company once again delivers it's quality products on time. The fillets and lobster tails are both delicious. The website is easy to order from - the only hard portion of the website is choosing what to purchase. Friendly and knowledgable employees are always ready to help you should it be required by phone. I had tried other companies in the food business, but the Chicago Steak Company is head of heels above.
Thank for all the support. It's very much appreciated! It is always a pleasure to assist you. Thank you also for taking the time to leave a feedback. -Deena
S

Our filets were incredibly delicious! I wrapped them in bacon and a slice of cheese and grilled...delicious! I could cut it with a fork! A must buy!

Very Good Steaks and Lobster Tail Combo. I ordered the 4 filet mignons and lobster tails and they were great.
