Guaranteed Fresh Seafood

At Chicago Steak Company, we only offer the freshest seafood options. All of our seafood products are vacuum wrapped and flash frozen in their natural juices to lock in the flavor. If you're looking for the very best seafood on the market, then you've come to the right place.

Yellowfin Tuna

One of the most highly prized fish is the Yellowfin Tuna, also known as Ahi. Well known for its firm and lean meat, the medium-flavored tuna cut is ideal for sushi and even consuming nearly rare! It doesn't get better than our Yellowfin Tuna.

Although we clean and debone our fish, always be on the lookout for bone fragments when thawing and preparing fish.

Wine

The Perfect Pairing

There are so many kinds of fish to choose from that it can be a challenge to know what wine will work best with your favorites. Ultimately, we can separate fish into two categories: Very fishy flavors and subtler fishy flavors. When it comes to serving Salmon the perfect complimentary wine would be a glass of Pinot Noir, or another favored red wine.

Not my favorite.

Nice big pieces of fish that grilled up nicely. Looked great on the plate, but unfortunately a "fishy" taste somewhat obscured the expected tuna flavor. It didn't bother my husband too much, but I really didn't enjoy the meal as much as I'd hoped.

Thank you for leaving us a review! We appreciate your business and your satisfaction is important to us. We are sorry to learn that your order did not live up to your expectations. A customer specialist will contact you shortly. -Mike

Yellowfin Tuna

The tuna was excellent! The fish was delicious and very was to work with preparing in a variety of ways. Would highly recommend.

Thank you so much for your excellent review. The Yellowfin Tuna is one of my favorites as well! We appreciate your business.

Undeniable high quality tuna

Although this tuna was delivered frozen it was the best tuna I had ever had. It was the right portion, color, and cooked to perfection. I was sceptical and didn't know what to expect but I am glad I made this purchase and will be purchasing again soon.
