I have tried steaks from other companies and they do not compare to yours. I especially like how I know exactly what grade of beef I am getting with your company. I notice some of the other companies do not disclose if they are selling Choice or USDA Prime. My suspicion is they are selling select. Your steaks have really good marbling.
