2celery stalks, diced
1red bell pepper, diced
1cupsugar snap peas, sliced in half

1tspCornstarch
2tbsp and 1 tspOil

Instructions
Preheat a skillet with 1 tbsp oil over medium heat.
Combine steak, 2 tbsp soy sauce, salt, pepper, cornstarch and 1 tsp oil in a bowl until well-mixed.
Add eggs to skillet and cook thoroughly, scrambling them as they cook. Place them on a plate and set aside.
Add another tbsp of oil to the skillet, allowing it to heat thoroughly. Add steak and sear for about a minute before stirring. Let sear for another minute until browned on all sides; then, place on a plate and set aside.
Add onions, red bell pepper, broccoli, sugar snap peas, celery, and garlic to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes until vegetables are just tender.
Add cooked rice to the skillet, along with salt and pepper and soy sauce. Mix and allow rice and vegetable mixture to heat through.
Add steak and eggs to the skillet, allowing the mixture to heat through for about 2 minutes.
Serve, topping with scallions and sesame seeds, if desired.
