INGREDIENTS
- 4 full lobsters rom Maine Lobster House
- fully cooked
- meat removed and diced into small chunks
- 1 lb. linguine or spaghetti
- ¾ cup white wine (Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio are excellent options)
- 1 ¼ cups salted butter
- 4 Crushed garlic cloves
- 3 tsp. Chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. Chopped fresh basil
- 2 tsp. chopped thyime
- Salt and pepper
- to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat a skillet to medium heat. Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of water with a pinch of salt to a boil to cook the pasta.
- Cook pasta until tender and remove from heat
- Drain, add a splash of olive oil, and mix.
- Once skillet is heated up, add the butter, garlic cloves, thyme, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Allow butter to melt, and then slowly add white wine while stirring.
- Allow the mixture to come to a boil, stirring consistently.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add in the diced lobster.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, occasionally stirring, until the sauce thickens, and lobster is heated through.
- Serve the lobster and sauce over pasta. Enjoy!
