Season on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon pepper. ; Coat grill grates lightly with olive oil. Preheat the grill to high heat.; Place salmon skin-side down on the grill.; Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side. Salmon is ready to flip when it's not sticking to the grill grate.; Remove salmon from the grill when it reaches your desired level of doneness (about 125 degrees for medium-rare).
