- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- lemon wedges (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Remove salmon fillets from the refrigerator 15-30 minutes before grilling. Season on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon pepper.
- Coat grill grates lightly with olive oil. Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Place salmon skin-side down on the grill.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side. Salmon is ready to flip when it's not sticking to the grill grate.
- Remove salmon from the grill when it reaches your desired level of doneness (about 125 degrees for medium-rare). Allow to rest for 1-2 minutes before enjoying. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
