Morton’s has been one of America’s most popular and successful steakhouse franchises since 1978. They do quality and quantity, serving up mega-slabs of dry-aged, USDA prime beef. Their signature porterhouse, for example, comes in one-and-a-half and three pound sizes. Chops and salmon serve as steak alternatives, with the interior strictly classic steakhouse. Don’t expect innovation or flourish.
